Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food. Ensure the motor unit is unplugged before attaching or detaching any accessories.
- Attaching the Immersion Blender: Align the motor unit with the immersion blender shaft and twist until it locks securely into place.
- Attaching the Whisk: Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box, then align the gear box with the motor unit and twist to lock.
- Attaching the Chopper: Place the chopping blade onto the center pin inside the chopper bowl. Secure the chopper lid onto the bowl, then align the motor unit with the lid's opening and twist to lock.
- Attaching the Milk Frother: Simply insert the frother wand into the designated slot on the motor unit.
Operating Instructions
Always ensure the appliance is plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation. Do not run the motor continuously for more than 1 minute to prevent overheating. Allow it to cool down for several minutes between uses.
1. Immersion Blending and Pureeing

- Attach the immersion blender shaft to the motor unit.
- Submerge the blade guard into the ingredients.
- Select your desired speed using the 12-speed dial. For tougher ingredients or a more homogeneous mixture, press the TURBO button.
- Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
- Release the power button to stop.
2. Whisking and Frothing

- Attach the whisk attachment to the motor unit.
- Place the whisk into the ingredients.
- Select a lower speed for gentle mixing or higher speeds for whipping. Use the TURBO button for maximum speed.
- Move the whisk as needed to incorporate ingredients.
3. Chopping

- Assemble the chopper bowl with the blade and lid, then attach the motor unit.
- Add ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
- Press the power button to pulse or continuously chop. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, longer for finer results.
4. Milk Frothing Wand
- Attach the milk frother wand to the motor unit.
- Submerge the frother head into milk or other liquids.
- Press the power button to activate. Move the frother up and down to create foam.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your Mueller Multistick blender. Always unplug the motor unit before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
- Attachments (Immersion Blender Shaft, Whisk, Chopper Bowl/Blade, Beaker, Milk Frother Wand): These parts are designed for easy detachment and are dishwasher-safe. For best results, rinse immediately after use to prevent food from drying on.
- Storage: Store the appliance and its attachments in a dry place. The ergonomic handle includes a hook for convenient hanging storage.
