3. Product Overview

The SUNKTA FV15-AA Smartwatch features a robust design with a 1.85-inch HD display, an integrated LED flashlight, and multiple physical buttons for navigation and function access.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Smartwatch

Before first use, fully charge your smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charger to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a power source. A full charge typically takes about 2.5 hours. The 800mAh battery provides 20-30 days of typical use and up to 60 days in power-saving mode.

4.2 App Installation (FitCloudPro)

To unlock the full potential of your smartwatch, download and install the 'FitCloudPro' app on your smartphone. You can find the app by scanning the QR code displayed on the watch (go to Settings > QR code) or by searching for 'FitCloudPro' in your device's app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS).

4.3 Pairing with Your Smartphone

Once the app is installed, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your smartwatch. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and keep the smartwatch close to your phone during the pairing process. Accept all necessary permissions for full functionality.

1. Open the FitCloudPro app.
2. Navigate to the 'Device' section.
3. Tap 'Add Peripheral Now' or 'Search Now' to find your smartwatch.
4. Select 'AK75' (or similar device name) from the list.
5. Confirm the pairing request on both your smartwatch and smartphone.
6. Allow notifications and other requested permissions.

5. Operating the Smartwatch

5.1 Navigation and Customization

The smartwatch features a responsive touchscreen and physical buttons for intuitive navigation. Swipe across the screen to access different functions and menus. You can customize your watch face through the FitCloudPro app, choosing from over 120 options or creating your own.

5.2 Bluetooth Calls and Notifications

With Bluetooth 5.2, the smartwatch offers stable connectivity for calls and message notifications. The built-in 60dB speaker and noise-canceling microphone ensure clear communication. You can answer, make, and end calls directly from your wrist, as well as receive notifications from various apps (SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.).

5.3 Health Monitoring

The smartwatch serves as a personal health assistant, offering 24-hour heart rate monitoring, real-time blood pressure, and blood oxygen (SpO2) measurements. It also tracks your sleep duration and quality, differentiating between deep and light sleep. Health data is stored for 30 days in the app, allowing you to monitor your physical condition over time. Note: Health data is for reference only and should not replace medical devices.

5.4 Sports Modes

With over 100 sports modes, the smartwatch covers nearly all daily physical activities. It records total exercise time, calorie consumption, exercise heart rate, steps, and distance, providing a comprehensive overview of your training performance. Year-round activity tracking helps you monitor your fitness goals.

5.5 LED Flashlight

The integrated LED flashlight offers a powerful beam with a range of 6-8 meters. It features three modes: constant light, flash mode, and SOS mode, making it ideal for outdoor activities, emergencies, or simply navigating in the dark. To activate, access the flashlight function from the quick access menu.

5.6 Other Useful Functions

The smartwatch includes a variety of daily functions such as a pedometer, alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, calculator, weather forecast, music playback control, intelligent sleep monitoring, breathing exercises, calendar, and activity reminders (e.g., sedentary reminder, drink water reminder).

6. Maintenance

6.1 Water Resistance (IP68)

The smartwatch is IP68 waterproof, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It has passed salt spray, rain, and shock tests. Note: Due to factors like water pressure and temperature, it is not recommended to wear the smartwatch while showering. Steam generated during showering can significantly impair the product's waterproof properties.

6.2 Cleaning

Regularly clean your smartwatch and band to prevent skin irritation and maintain device functionality. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the screen and casing. For the bands, follow specific cleaning instructions based on the material (silicone or metal).

6.3 Band Replacement

Your smartwatch comes with both a stainless steel band and a silicone band, along with a tool for easy replacement. To change the band, locate the quick-release pins on the underside of the band where it connects to the watch. Slide the pin to detach the band, then align the new band and slide the pin back into place until it clicks securely.

7. Troubleshooting

• Smartwatch not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on.
• Cannot pair with phone: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the smartwatch is within range. Restart both devices and try pairing again. Check if the FitCloudPro app has all necessary permissions.
• Notifications not received: Verify that notification permissions are granted for the FitCloudPro app in your phone's settings. Also, check the app's 'Push Notifications' settings to ensure desired apps are enabled.
• Inaccurate health data: Ensure the smartwatch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensor on the back of the watch. Remember that health data is for reference and not medical diagnosis.
• Short battery life: Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary notifications, and limit continuous health monitoring if not needed.
