Setup and Assembly

Before First Use

• Unpack the mixer and all accessories.
• Clean all parts that will come into contact with food (mixing bowl, attachments, splash guard) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Assembling the Mixer

Operating Instructions

Speed Control

The mixer features a 6-speed control dial with a pulse function (P). Select the appropriate speed based on the ingredients and desired consistency.

• Speeds 1-3 (Dough Hook): Ideal for heavy mixtures like bread dough, pizza dough, and pasta.
• Speeds 2-4 (Beater): Suitable for medium-heavy mixtures such as cake batter, cookie dough, and meat sauces.

Using the Mixer
