1. Introduction

3. Product Features

4. Setup

1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove the vacuum sealer and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
3. Prepare the Bag:
   • If using a roll, cut the bag to the desired length, ensuring an extra 3 inches at the top for proper sealing.
   • Place food inside the bag, leaving at least 3 inches of space from the top edge.
   • Ensure the open end of the bag is clean, dry, and free of wrinkles.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Automatic Vacuum & Seal

1. Place Bag: Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the open end of the bag under the green baffle.
2. Close Lid: Firmly press down on both sides of the lid until you hear two clicks, indicating it is securely locked.
3. Automatic Process: The machine will automatically detect the bag, vacuum the air, and then seal it. The process is complete when the indicator lights turn off.

5.2. Pulse Vac & Extended Seal (for delicate/moist foods)

1. Place Bag: Open the lid and place the open end of the bag under the green baffle. Close the lid securely.
2. Pulse Vacuum: Immediately press and hold the "Pulse Vac" button to control the vacuuming process. Release the button when desired vacuum level is reached. The machine will automatically seal.
3. Extended Seal (Optional): If too much juice is extracted or for a stronger seal, press the "Extended Seal" function after Pulse Vac mode to activate an extended sealing duration.

5.3. Seal Only

1. Place Bag: Open the lid and place the open end of the bag under the red baffle (for sealing only). Close the lid securely.
2. Automatic Seal: The machine will automatically seal the bag without vacuuming.

5.4. External Vacuum (for jars and containers)

1. Connect Hose: Insert one end of the accessory hose into the accessory port on the vacuum sealer.
2. Attach to Container: Attach the other end of the hose to the appropriate Mason Jar Lid & Jar Sealer or vacuum container.
3. Activate Vacuum: Press the "Canister" button on the control panel. The machine will begin vacuuming the container.
4. Completion: The vacuuming process stops automatically once the desired vacuum level is reached.

6. Maintenance & Cleaning

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
• Clean the vacuum channel and sealing strip regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or next use.

7. Troubleshooting

• Machine not vacuuming: Ensure the lid is securely locked (two clicks). Check that the bag is placed correctly within the vacuum channel and is free of wrinkles.
• Poor seal: Ensure the sealing strip is clean and dry. Check for any debris on the bag's sealing area. Use the "Extended Seal" function if needed.
• Overheating: If the machine stops during operation, the overheating protection may have activated. Allow 15 minutes for the machine to cool down before resuming use.
