5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Battery

1. Connect the charger to a standard power outlet.
2. Slide the battery pack onto the charger until it clicks into place.
3. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. A fully charged battery will typically show a solid green light.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery from the charger and unplug the charger from the outlet.

5.2 Installing the Battery

1. Ensure the caulking gun is turned off.
2. Align the charged battery pack with the battery port at the base of the gun handle.
3. Slide the battery into the port until it locks securely into place. Do not force it.
4. To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

5.3 Loading a Cartridge

1. Ensure the gun is off and the battery is removed for safety.
2. Pull the plunger rod all the way back until it locks into the open position.
3. Prepare the sealant cartridge by cutting the tip of the nozzle at a 45-degree angle to the desired bead size. Puncture the inner seal of the cartridge if present.
4. Insert the prepared 300ml sealant cartridge into the barrel of the caulking gun.
5. Push the plunger rod forward until it makes contact with the back of the cartridge.
6. Attach one of the interchangeable nozzles to the cartridge tip by screwing it on or pushing it firmly into place, depending on the nozzle type.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On and Off

The caulking gun is activated by pressing the trigger. Release the trigger to stop dispensing. There is typically a power indicator or a lock-off switch for safety.

6.2 Adjusting Speed
