Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, read all instructions before using this heater.

  • Do not use this heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • Do not use outdoors unless specifically designed for outdoor use. This heater is rated IP55 waterproof for outdoor and indoor use.
  • Always unplug the heater when not in use.
  • Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  • To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
  • To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  • A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
  • Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
  • This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  • Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
  • This heater includes a tip-over protection switch. If the heater tips over, it will automatically shut off.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Plug the heater into a grounded 110V outlet.
  2. Activate Heater: Locate the power switch, typically on the base or near the heating element. Turn the switch to the "ON" position. The heating element will begin to glow and emit heat.
  3. Adjust Settings: This model operates at a single 1500W heat setting.
  4. Tip-Over Protection: The heater is equipped with a safety switch that will automatically turn off the unit if it is accidentally tipped over. If this occurs, place the heater upright on a stable surface, and it should resume operation. If it does not, turn the power switch off and then on again.
