Assembly Instructions

Assembly of the Jocoevol Full LED Bed Frame requires two adults and approximately 1-2 hours. Please follow the steps carefully and refer to the included installation manual for detailed diagrams.

1. Preparation: Clear an open space for assembly. Lay out all components and hardware. Identify each part by its label (if applicable) and compare with the parts list in the separate installation manual.
2. Assemble Headboard: Attach the side supports to the headboard panel. Secure the storage compartments and the LED light strip according to the manual's diagrams. Ensure the charging station module is correctly installed and wired.
3. Assemble Footboard: Attach the side supports to the footboard panel. Install the sliding barn door mechanisms and the barn doors.
4. Connect Side Rails: Attach the left and right side rails to the assembled headboard and footboard using the provided bolts. Do not fully tighten all bolts until the frame is completely assembled.
5. Install Metal Slats: Place the heavy-duty metal slats onto the support beams of the bed frame. Secure them in place as indicated in the manual. Ensure all slats are evenly spaced and firmly attached.
6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts and screws. Do not overtighten.
7. LED Light Strip Adhesion: If the LED light strip's adhesive is insufficient, reinforce it with additional strong double-sided tape or appropriate adhesive to ensure it remains securely in place.
