4. Setup and Initial Use

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the internal lithium battery. Connect the USB cable to the unit and the wall charger, then plug into a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge can provide up to 20 hours of continuous use.

2. Attach Electrode Pads: Ensure the skin is clean and dry before applying pads. Connect the electrode cables to the pads by snapping them onto the metal studs. Then, plug the other end of the cables into the A or B output ports on the top of the TENS unit.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Select a Mode: Press the 'M' button to cycle through the 24 available massage modes. Each press will advance to the next mode. The selected mode will be highlighted on the screen.

2. Adjust Intensity: Use the '+' and '-' buttons for each channel (A and B) to increase or decrease the intensity of the stimulation. Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, strong, but not painful, sensation. The unit features a 20-level intensity bar.

3. Set Timer: Press the 'T' button to adjust the treatment time. The timer can be set from 20 to 60 minutes. The remaining time will be displayed on the screen. The device will automatically shut off when the timer expires.

General Guidelines:

• Place pads on or around the area of pain.
• Ensure pads are at least one inch apart.
• Avoid placing pads over joints, open wounds, or irritated skin.
• Never place pads on your head, face, throat, or directly over your heart.

7. Using the Reflexology Shoes

The included reflexology shoes are designed to provide targeted stimulation to acupressure points on your feet, promoting improved circulation and pain relief through magnetic field therapy technology.

1. Connect the Shoes: Plug one end of an electrode cable into the designated port on each reflexology shoe. Connect the other end of the cable to one of the output ports (A or B) on the TENS unit.
2. Wear the Shoes: Place your feet into the shoes.
3. Activate: Turn on the TENS unit and select a suitable mode and intensity. Modes like 'Reflexology' are specifically designed for foot stimulation.

8. Using the Massage Belt

1. Connect the Belt: Plug one end of an electrode cable into the designated port on the massage belt. Connect the other end of the cable to one of the output ports (A or B) on the TENS unit.
2. Secure the Belt: Wrap the massage belt around the desired area (e.g., lower back, abdomen) and secure it with the Velcro fasteners. Ensure the conductive pads on the belt are in contact with your skin.
3. Activate: Turn on the TENS unit and select a suitable mode and intensity.

• Cleaning the Unit: Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
