Operating Instructions
Making Cuts
The Dremel Portable Saw Station allows for various types of cuts, including miter, bevel, straight, and rip cuts. Always ensure the workpiece is securely clamped to the saw station before initiating a cut.

The Dremel Portable Saw Station supports four primary cutting methods.
- Straight Cuts: Position the workpiece against the main fence. Use the integrated guide rails for smooth, straight cuts.
- Miter Cuts: Adjust the saw station's angle guide to the desired miter angle. Secure the workpiece and guide the saw along the rail.
- Bevel Cuts: Adjust the saw blade's bevel angle as per the saw's instructions. Use the bevel risers if needed for material clearance.
- Rip Cuts: Utilize the edge guide to maintain a consistent width for rip cuts.
- 2x4 Cutting Guide: For quick cuts through 2x4 material, simply clamp the 2x4 guide onto the material and ride the saw along the guide. This allows for multi-pass cuts on thicker stock.
Integrated Alignment Laser
The compact circular saw features an integrated alignment laser. This laser projects a line onto your workpiece, allowing you to visualize your cut path instantly and ensure accuracy before cutting. Always verify the laser alignment with a test cut on scrap material.

The integrated laser provides a clear visual guide for precise cuts.
Dust Collection
Attach the dust collection port adaptor to the saw's dust port and connect it to a shop vacuum or dust collection system. This will help keep your work area clean and improve visibility during cutting.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean the saw and saw station to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Disconnect the battery before cleaning. Use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove sawdust and debris. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals.
Blade Care and Replacement
Inspect the cutting blade before each use for sharpness and damage. A dull or damaged blade can cause kickback and poor cut quality. Replace the blade when it becomes dull or damaged. Always use genuine Dremel replacement blades.
Battery Care and Storage
Store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store the battery fully discharged for extended periods. Charge the battery periodically if not in use.
