4.2 Cleaning

To keep your watch clean, wipe it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

4.3 Battery Care

To maximize battery life, avoid extreme temperatures. Charge the watch fully when the battery indicator is low. If storing the watch for an extended period, charge it periodically to prevent deep discharge.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 30 minutes.
  • Inaccurate step count: The pedometer relies on arm movement. Ensure the watch is worn snugly on the wrist. Very subtle movements or holding the arm still for long periods may affect accuracy.
  • Charging issues: Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the watch and the power source. Ensure the charging pins on the watch are clean and free of debris.
  • Display not responding: Try restarting the watch (if a restart option is available, otherwise let the battery drain and recharge). If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Water entered the watch: If water has entered the watch despite following water resistance guidelines, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
