1. Introduction

The SCULPFUN TS1 is a 3.5-inch capacitive touch screen controller designed to enhance the functionality of your laser engraver. It enables offline engraving by allowing you to store and execute engraving files directly from an SD card, eliminating the need for a constant computer connection. Additionally, it supports WiFi connectivity for real-time slicing and control via the SCULPFUN mobile application, offering a flexible and convenient engraving experience. The TS1 is compatible with a wide range of SCULPFUN laser engravers and other models that support GRBL firmware.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Physical Connections

1. Connect to Laser Engraver: Use the provided USB cable to connect the SCULPFUN TS1 Touch Screen to your laser engraver's USB port.
2. Power Connection: Connect the power cable to the TS1's power input port. The device is compatible with 12V and 24V power sources.
3. Insert SD Card: Insert the included 512MB SD card into the designated SD card slot on the TS1. This card is used for storing engraving files for offline operation.

3.2 Initial Power On

Press the power button on the TS1 to turn on the device. The 3.5-inch capacitive touch screen will display the main interface.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Offline Engraving

The TS1 allows you to perform engraving tasks without a computer connection by using an SD card.

1. Prepare GCode File: Using software like LightBurn or LaserGRBL on your computer, export your engraving design as a GCode file.
2. Transfer to SD Card: Insert the provided card reader into your computer and the SD card into the card reader. Copy the GCode file to the SD card.
3. Insert SD Card into TS1: Remove the SD card from the card reader and insert it into the TS1's SD card slot.
4. Select and Engrave: On the TS1 touch screen, navigate to the 'Carving' menu. Select your GCode file from the list and press 'Start' to begin the engraving process.

4.2 WiFi Connection and Mobile App Control

The TS1 can connect to WiFi, enabling control and real-time slicing functions through the SCULPFUN mobile application.

1. Enable WiFi: On the TS1 touch screen, go to the 'Set Up' menu and enable the WiFi function. Connect to your desired network.
2. Download SCULPFUN APP: Download and install the official SCULPFUN mobile application on your smartphone.
3. Connect App to TS1: Open the SCULPFUN APP and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your TS1 device via WiFi.
4. Real-time Slicing and Control: Once connected, you can use the app for real-time slicing of designs and to control your laser engraver directly from your smartphone.

4.3 User Interface and Language Settings

The TS1 features an intuitive user interface with support for multiple languages.

1. Navigation: Use the capacitive touch screen to navigate through menus such as 'Control', 'Carving', and 'Set Up'.
2. Language Selection: In the 'Set Up' menu, select 'Language' to choose from available languages including English, Deutsch, Français, Italiano, Español, and Polski.

• WiFi Connection Issues:
