Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your ovios Modular Sectional Sofa Couch.
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Modules not connecting securely. | Connectors are not properly aligned or fully engaged. | Ensure the interlocking metal connectors on the underside of each module are correctly aligned and pushed firmly into place. You may need to lift and reseat the modules. |
| Cushions appear flat or not fully expanded. | Cushions were vacuum-sealed for shipping and require time to expand. | Allow up to 24-48 hours for cushions to fully decompress and regain their shape after unpacking. Gently fluffing them can help accelerate the process. |
| Sofa feels unstable. | Modules are not properly connected or backrests are loose. | Verify all module connectors are securely fastened. Ensure backrests are fully engaged with their respective bases. Positioning the sofa against a wall can also add stability. |
