Important Safety Instructions
Read all safety warnings and instructions before using the battery and charger. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
- Always use the battery with compatible AVID POWER tools, specifically the ACAP110D-Y tire inflator.
- Do not charge the battery in damp or wet conditions.
- Do not store the battery in locations where the temperature may exceed 104°F (40°C).
- Do not incinerate the battery, even if it is severely damaged or completely dead. The battery can explode in a fire.
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Do not disassemble the battery pack.
- Use only the specified charger for this battery. Using any other charger may create a risk of fire.
- Keep the battery and charger away from children.
- If battery fluid comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If it gets into eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Compatibility
This AVID POWER 20V 1.5Ah Li-ion battery and its charger are exclusively compatible with the AVID POWER 20V cordless Yellow ACAP110D-Y Tire Inflator.
It is NOT compatible with other AVID POWER battery-powered tools such as other tire inflators, cordless drill/drivers, cordless blowers, or power saws. Using this battery or charger with incompatible tools may cause damage to the tool, battery, or charger, and could lead to personal injury.

Setup and Charging
Before first use, or after extended storage, fully charge the battery.
- Connect the Charger: Plug the charger into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Connect Battery to Charger: Insert the charger's output plug into the charging port on the battery pack. Ensure a secure connection.
- Charging Indicator: The LED indicator lights on the battery will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 3-5 hours.
- Remove Battery: Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the battery and then from the power outlet.

Operating the Battery
- Attaching to Tool: Align the battery pack with the base of the compatible AVID POWER ACAP110D-Y tire inflator. Slide the battery onto the tool until it clicks securely into place.
- Removing from Tool: To remove the battery, press the latch button(s) on the battery pack and slide the battery off the tool.
- Checking Battery Capacity: The LED indicator lights on the battery show the real-time capacity.
- Three lights: Full charge
- Two lights: Medium charge
- One light: Low charge, recharge soon
- No lights: Battery depleted, recharge immediately
Maintenance and Storage
- Regular Charging: To extend battery life, fully charge the battery after each use.
- Long-term Storage: If storing the battery for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged every three months.
- Storage Conditions: Avoid storing batteries in cold places as low temperatures may cause them to fail. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cleaning: Keep the battery terminals clean and free of debris. Use a dry cloth to wipe the battery and charger.
