Setup Instructions
The Sekey 220L wagon requires no assembly and is designed for quick setup.
- Unfolding the Wagon: Place the folded wagon on a flat, stable surface. Gently pull the sides of the wagon outwards until it fully expands.
- Securing the Base: Once unfolded, press down firmly on the center of the wagon's base until it lies flat and is securely in place. This provides a stable bottom for carrying items.
- Adjusting the Handle: The handle is adjustable. Pull the handle upwards to extend it to a comfortable height. Ensure the handle locks into position. The anti-drop feature helps keep the handle upright when not in use.

Folding for Storage
To fold the wagon for compact storage:
- Empty the wagon of all contents.
- Lift the center pull tab located in the middle of the wagon's base.
- As you lift the tab, the wagon will begin to collapse inwards. Continue to pull upwards until the wagon is fully folded.
- Secure the folded wagon with any integrated straps or clips to prevent it from unfolding during transport or storage.
The folded dimensions are significantly reduced, allowing for convenient storage in a car boot, garage, or closet.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: The Oxford fabric can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry completely before folding and storing. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Wheels: Periodically check the wheels for debris or wear. Clean as needed. The solid tires do not require inflation.
- Frame: Wipe the carbon steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Ensure the frame is dry to prevent rust.
- Storage: Store the wagon in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
- Wagon not unfolding/folding smoothly: Ensure the central pull tab is fully engaged/disengaged. Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism.
- Wheels not turning freely: Inspect wheels for trapped debris (sand, small stones). Clean the wheel axles if necessary.
- Wagon unstable: Verify that the base is fully flattened and secured. Ensure weight is distributed evenly and not exceeding the maximum capacity.
- Handle not staying upright: Check if the handle's locking mechanism is properly engaged.
