1. Product Overview
The XMARTO WNM810 is a 10-Channel H.265 4K UHD Network Video Recorder (NVR) designed for surveillance systems. It supports up to 10 cameras with resolutions up to 4K (8MP). This NVR features dual built-in WiFi routers, allowing it to receive and record camera feeds using its own bandwidth, thereby reducing strain on your home network. It also includes G3 Auto WiFi Relay technology to extend WiFi coverage for cameras.

2. Package Contents
Before proceeding with installation, please verify that all items listed below are included in your package:

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 NVR Connections
Connect the NVR to your display and network using the following steps:
- Power Connection: Connect the provided 12V 2A DC Power Adapter to the 'DC IN' port on the NVR and then plug it into a power outlet.
- Mouse Connection: Plug the USB mouse into one of the USB ports on the NVR.
- Display Connection: Connect an HDMI cable from the NVR's 'HDMI output' port to your monitor or TV. Alternatively, use a VGA cable if your display supports it.
- Network Connection: For initial setup or if you prefer a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable from the NVR's 'LAN' port to your router. The NVR also features a second WiFi for its Internet connection, eliminating the need for a hardwired connection to your router for remote access.

3.2 Hard Drive Installation (Optional)
The NVR supports a 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD for local storage. Follow these steps to install a hard drive:
- Power Off: Ensure the NVR is powered off and unplugged before opening the casing.
- Remove Cover: Carefully remove the NVR's cover by unscrewing the necessary screws.
- Connect Cables: Connect the SATA power and data cables from the NVR to your 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD.
- Secure Drive: Place the hard drive into the designated bay and secure it with screws.
- Replace Cover: Reattach the NVR's cover and secure it with screws.

3.3 Camera Pairing
The XMARTO WNM810 NVR is compatible with most XMARTO security cameras. Pairing cameras is straightforward:
- For Cameras with Ethernet Port: Simply hardwire the camera to the NVR. In the NVR's Camera Management interface, search for the camera and select 'Match code' to pair.
- For Cameras with Reset Buttons: Reset the camera by holding its reset button for 10 seconds. On the NVR's right-click menu, select 'Add Cam by WiFi'. The NVR will automatically pair the camera.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Live View and Recording
Once cameras are paired, you can view live feeds on your connected monitor. The NVR supports up to 10 channels, allowing you to monitor multiple cameras simultaneously. Recordings are managed through the NVR's interface, with options for continuous, event-triggered, or scheduled recording.

4.2 H.265+ Video Compression
The NVR utilizes H.265+ video compression technology. This advanced compression reduces video file sizes and stream bandwidth requirements, optimizing storage capacity and improving remote viewing performance.
4.3 G3 Auto WiFi Relay
The integrated G3 Auto WiFi Relay (Dream Liner Technology) allows the system to automatically use closer cameras as WiFi repeaters for cameras located further away. This extends the overall WiFi coverage and ensures stable connections for all cameras.
4.4 Storage Options
Recordings can be saved to the included 64GB SD card, an optional 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD, or to cloud storage services (subscription may be required).

5. Maintenance
5.1 Hard Drive Management
After installing a new hard drive, it is recommended to format it through the NVR's system settings to ensure proper recording functionality. Regularly check the hard drive status to prevent data loss.
5.2 Firmware Updates
Periodically check for and install firmware updates to ensure optimal performance, security, and access to new features. Firmware updates are typically available on the xmartO official website.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Camera Connection Issues
If a camera fails to connect or loses connection, ensure it is powered on and within range of the NVR's WiFi or a WiFi repeater camera. For initial pairing, temporarily connect the camera via Ethernet to the NVR to sync WiFi information. If your home WiFi signal is weak in certain areas, consider utilizing your home router's WiFi or a WiFi extender for cameras, rather than solely relying on the NVR's internal WiFi for those specific locations.
6.2 No Video Output
Check all HDMI/VGA cable connections between the NVR and your display. Ensure the display input source is correctly selected. Verify the NVR is powered on and its status lights indicate normal operation.
