Setup
1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

2. Assembly
The ironing board requires minimal assembly. Attach the leg frames to the main board using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened. Refer to the included assembly diagram for detailed steps.
3. Unfolding and Adjusting Height
To unfold the ironing board, lift the board until all four legs are off the ground. Locate the safety lock mechanism (a handle or lever) underneath the board. Press this handle to release the legs and extend them. The board features 9 adjustable height settings, ranging from 21 inches to 36 inches. Select your desired height by pressing the handle and guiding the legs into the corresponding notches. Ensure the legs are securely locked into place before use to prevent accidental collapse.

Operating
1. Using the Ironing Surface
The ironing board provides a spacious 43" L × 14" W surface, suitable for various garments and sewing projects. Ensure the garment is laid flat and smooth on the surface before ironing.
2. Using the Safety Iron Rest
The integrated iron rest is designed to safely hold most iron models. It features a cut-out design for heat dissipation, preventing heat buildup. Place your hot iron on this rest when not actively ironing to avoid scorching the board cover or garments.
3. Utilizing the Clothes Hanger
The iron rest also includes a temporary clothes hanger. Use this feature to hang freshly ironed garments or items awaiting ironing, keeping them wrinkle-free and organized.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Top Cover
The ironing board features a removable and washable top cover made of fabric. To clean, simply remove the cover and wash it according to its care instructions. This ensures a clean ironing surface for your garments.

2. General Care
Keep the ironing board dry and clean. Avoid exposing it to excessive moisture or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. The heavy-duty steel frame and anti-slip foot caps are designed for durability; inspect them periodically for any signs of wear.
Storage
The Yaheetech ironing board is designed for compact storage. After use, fold the board by pressing the height adjustment handle and collapsing the legs. It folds to a compact thickness of 2.5 inches, allowing it to be stored in narrow spaces, such as behind a door or in a closet.

Troubleshooting
1. Board Instability
If the ironing board feels unstable, ensure that the legs are fully extended and securely locked into one of the height adjustment notches. Check that all assembly bolts are tightened. Ensure the anti-slip foot caps are intact and making full contact with the floor surface.
2. Difficulty Adjusting Height
If you encounter difficulty adjusting the height, ensure the adjustment handle is fully pressed to disengage the locking mechanism. Check for any obstructions in the leg channels. Do not force the mechanism.
