4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case.

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
2. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the charging port on the case and the USB-A end to a compatible power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
3. The indicator light on the case will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours for the case.

4.2 Pairing with a Device

The earbuds support automatic pairing for convenience.

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on the earbuds.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "HBT-01" from the list.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing.

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the earbuds to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
  • Forget/delete "HBT-01" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
• No sound or low volume:
  • Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  • Clean any debris from the eartips and speaker mesh.
• Earbuds not charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Verify the power source is active.
  • Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
