Setup

1. Charging: Charge the massager before first use and whenever needed. The built-in lithium battery provides up to 90 minutes of cordless use. Use the provided home adapter or car adapter for charging.
2. Initial Placement: Place the massager around your neck, shoulders, or back.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button on the control panel to turn the massager on or off.
2. Adjusting Intensity: Press the Intensity button to cycle through 2 adjustable speeds (gentle relax/intense recovery).
3. Changing Direction: Press the Direction button to change the rotation direction of the massage nodes.
4. Activating Heat: Press the Heating button to turn the optional heating function on or off. The heat ranges from 40℃-45℃.
5. Adjusting Pressure: Use the integrated hand rests/arm straps to pull the massager closer to your body for a deeper, more intense massage, or loosen for a gentler experience.
6. Auto Shut-off: The massager features a 15-minute auto shut-off timer for safety and convenience.
