Setup
1. Battery Charging and Installation
Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use. The kit includes two 21V 2000 mAh batteries and a charger for continuous operation. Fully charged batteries can grease up to 10 tubes.

To install the battery, align it with the battery slot on the grease gun handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place. To remove, press the release button and slide the battery out.
2. Grease Loading Options
The TaskStar grease gun supports multiple loading methods:
- Cartridge Loading: Insert a standard 14 oz (400 cc) grease cartridge into the cylinder.
- Bulk Loading: Manually fill the cylinder with grease.
- Filler Pump Loading: Use a compatible filler pump to transfer grease into the cylinder.
- Suction Loading: Draw grease directly into the cylinder using the gun's suction mechanism.

3. Hose and Coupler Attachment
Attach the 39.4-inch flexible hose to the grease gun. Securely fasten the coupler to the end of the hose. The flexible hose allows for easy access to hard-to-reach grease fittings.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On and Grease Application
With the battery installed and grease loaded, press the trigger to begin greasing. The powerful motor delivers up to 10,000 PSI and a flow rate of 3.0 oz/min, ensuring fast and smooth grease application.

2. LED Work Light
The built-in super bright LED light illuminates dimly lit work areas, ensuring precise greasing even in challenging conditions.

3. Ergonomic Design
The cordless, one-handed operation and variable speed trigger provide precise control and reduce muscle fatigue. Utilize the included shoulder strap for added convenience during extended use.

Maintenance

- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the grease gun and accessories to remove any excess grease or debris.

- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Charge them regularly, even when not in use, to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

- No Grease Flow:
- Check if the grease cartridge is empty or improperly loaded.
- Ensure the battery is charged and properly installed.
- Verify that the hose and coupler are securely attached and not clogged.
- Release any air pockets by opening the air bleeder valve briefly.
- Low Pressure:
- Check for air in the system; bleed air if necessary.
- Ensure the grease is suitable for the application and not too thick.
- Inspect the coupler for wear or damage, which might cause leaks.
- Battery Not Charging:
- Ensure the charger is properly connected to a power source and the battery.
