Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your patio umbrella:

  1. Assemble the Metal Support Frame: Connect the metal support frame pieces for the sandbag base using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Fill the Sandbag Base: Place the fabric sandbag onto the assembled metal frame. Fill the sandbag with up to 80 lbs of sand or gravel. This provides essential stability for the umbrella.
  3. Insert Sandbag into Base: Carefully place the filled sandbag into the designated slot on the base. Ensure it sits flat and is not inverted.
  4. Connect Pole Sections: Insert the lower pole section into the center of the sandbag base. Then, attach the upper pole section (with the canopy) to the lower pole section. Ensure the locking button snaps into place for a secure connection.
  5. Secure Retainers: Screw both retainers onto the pole to firmly secure the umbrella within the base.
  6. Open the Umbrella Canopy: Use the crank handle to slowly open the umbrella canopy until it is fully extended.

Operating Instructions

Opening and Closing the Canopy

To open the umbrella, rotate the crank handle clockwise until the canopy is fully extended. To close, rotate the crank handle counter-clockwise until the canopy is completely folded.

Adjusting the Tilt

The umbrella features an adjustable tilt mechanism. Locate the tilt button or lever on the pole. Press or engage it, then gently push the canopy in the desired direction to adjust the angle of shade. Release the button/lever to lock the tilt in place.

Using the Solar LED Lights

The umbrella is equipped with 104 brighter LED bulbs powered by a solar panel located at the top of the canopy. Ensure the solar panel receives direct sunlight for optimal charging. Maintenance
