2. Product Overview

The H2ofloss Upgrade Water Flosser is designed for effective oral hygiene, providing a powerful water jet to clean between teeth and below the gumline. It is complemented by H2ofloss Breath Freshening Tablets for enhanced oral freshness.

The water flosser features a large, detachable water tank for convenience and is battery-powered for portability. The accompanying freshening tablets are designed to be used with the water flosser to help remove plaque and provide fresh breath.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Water Flosser

Before first use, ensure the water flosser is fully charged. Connect the charging cable to the device and a suitable power source. The indicator lights will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 5 hours and provides up to 30 days of use.

3.2 Filling the Water Tank

  1. Detach the water reservoir from the main unit.
  2. Fill the large water tank with warm water. Do not use hot water.
  3. Reattach the water reservoir securely to the main unit.

3.3 Inserting a Flosser Tip

Insert the desired flosser tip into the opening at the top of the unit until it clicks into place.

3.4 Inserting a Freshening Tablet

Open the small compartment on the flosser tip. Place one H2ofloss Breath Freshening Tablet into the compartment and close it securely.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Choose the desired pressure setting on the device. Start with a lower setting and gradually increase as comfortable.
  2. Place the flosser tip in your mouth, aiming it at the gumline at a 90-degree angle. Lean over the sink to avoid splashing.
  3. Turn on the water flosser.
  4. Maneuver the tip around your teeth and gums, pausing briefly between teeth. Follow the gumline and clean both the front and back surfaces of your teeth.
  5. Continue until all areas have been cleaned or the water tank is empty.
  6. Turn off the water flosser.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. After each use, remove the flosser tip and rinse it under running water.
  2. Empty any remaining water from the reservoir.
  3. Detach the water reservoir and clean it thoroughly with warm water and mild soap. Rinse completely.
  4. Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  5. Allow all parts to air dry before reassembling or storing.
  6. Store the water flosser in a clean, dry place. The compact design is suitable for traveling use.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No water flow: Ensure the water tank is filled and properly attached. Check if the flosser tip is securely inserted.
  • Weak water pressure: Check the battery level and recharge if necessary. Ensure the flosser tip is not clogged.
  • Device not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. If fully charged and still not turning on, contact customer support.
  • Leakage: Ensure all parts, especially the water reservoir and flosser tip, are securely attached.
