2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Installation

This fixture offers two mounting options: surface-mounted or recessed. Choose the option that best suits your design requirements.

4.1 Tools Required

4.2 Mounting Variants

4.3 Recessed Installation

1. Prepare the Ceiling: Ensure the power is off. Mark the desired position for the light. Using a suitable hole saw, cut a circular opening with a diameter of 68 mm in the ceiling.
2. Wiring: Connect the household electrical wires to the terminal block of the fixture. Ensure correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Earth) according to local regulations.
3. Insert Fixture: Fold back the spring clips on the sides of the fixture. Insert the fixture into the cut-out hole. The clips will secure the fixture in place against the ceiling.

4.4 Surface-Mounted Installation

1. Prepare the Ceiling: Ensure the power is off. Mark the desired position for the light. Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the drill holes.
2. Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked positions and insert appropriate wall anchors if necessary.
3. Wiring: Connect the household electrical wires to the terminal block of the fixture. Ensure correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Earth) according to local regulations.
4. Secure Fixture: Attach the fixture to the ceiling using the provided screws, ensuring it is firmly secured.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Dimming Function

The BRILONER LED light is compatible with standard household dimmer switches. You can adjust the brightness steplessly from 0% to 100% to create the desired ambiance.
