Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. A full charge provides up to 90 hours of playback. A quick 5-minute charge can provide 5 hours of listening time.

• Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
• The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

Pair your headphones with your device for wireless audio.

1. Ensure the headphones are charged and powered off.
2. Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for "1MORE SonoFlow SE HQ31" in the list of available devices.
4. Select the headphones to connect. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

3. Dual-Device Connection

The headphones support simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices, allowing seamless switching between them.

• Connect the headphones to the first device as described in step 2.
• Disconnect the headphones from the first device's Bluetooth settings (do not unpair).
• Put the headphones back into pairing mode and connect to the second device.
• Reconnect the headphones to the first device from its Bluetooth settings. The headphones should now be connected to both devices.

4. 1MORE MUSIC App

Download the 1MORE MUSIC app for additional features, firmware updates, and sound customization.

• Search for "1MORE MUSIC" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Install the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your headphones.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
• Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 4 seconds.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
• Next Track: Press the Multi-function button twice.
• Previous Track: Press the Multi-function button three times.
• Volume Up: Press the Volume + button.
• Volume Down: Press the Volume - button.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press the Multi-function button twice (when not on a call).

Noise Control Modes

The 1MORE SonoFlow SE HQ31 features QuietMax™ Hybrid Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode.

• Switch Modes: Press the ANC button to cycle through Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, and Normal Mode.
• Noise Cancellation: Reduces ambient noise by over 42dB, ideal for quiet environments.
• Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while listening to audio, useful for awareness.

• Wired Mode: The headphones can be connected using a USB-A to USB-C or Type-C to Type-C cable (sold separately) for 1ms latency.
• Gaming Mode: Enable low-latency gaming mode via the 1MORE MUSIC app for 80ms latency.
