Setup Guide
Initial Charging of the Power Bank
- Locate the Built-in USB-C Cable: The power bank includes a built-in USB-C cable. Gently pull it out from its storage slot on the side of the device.
- Connect to a Power Source: Plug the USB-C end of the built-in cable into a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- Monitor Charging Status: The intelligent LED display on the power bank will show the current battery percentage. A green lightning icon will indicate if it's in fast-charging mode. Charge until the display shows 100%.

Operating Instructions
1. Wireless Magnetic Charging (for compatible devices)
- Activate Wireless Charging: Press the power button on the side of the power bank to activate the wireless charging mode.
- Attach Device: Align your compatible smartphone (e.g., iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 series), Apple Watch, or AirPods case with the magnetic charging area on the top of the power bank. The strong magnet will securely attach the device.
- Confirm Charging: Your device should begin charging wirelessly. The power bank's display will show its remaining battery level.

2. Wired Charging with Built-in Cables
- Select Cable: The power bank features built-in USB-C and Lightning cables. Gently pull out the appropriate cable for your device from its storage slot.
- Connect Device: Plug the selected cable into your smartphone (iPhone or Android), tablet, or other compatible device.
- Initiate Charging: The device should automatically begin fast charging at 20W.

3. Simultaneous Charging (Up to 4 Devices)
The charmast C10 can charge up to four devices simultaneously:
- One device via magnetic wireless charging.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
Device Not Charging:

- For wireless charging, ensure your device is properly aligned with the magnetic charging area and the power button is pressed.
- For wired charging, ensure the cables are securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
- Try using a different cable or port to rule out a faulty connection.
Slow Charging:
- Verify that your device supports 20W fast charging.
- Ensure no other devices are drawing excessive power if charging multiple items simultaneously.
- Check if the green lightning icon is displayed, indicating fast charging is active.
Power Bank Not Recharging:
