1. Introduction
Welcome to the Ulefone Note 19 user manual. This guide provides essential information to help you set up, operate, and maintain your new smartphone. 2. Package Contents
Before you begin, please verify that all items are present in your package:

3. Setup
3.1. Installing SIM and TF Cards
The Ulefone Note 19 supports a 3-card slot design, allowing for two Nano SIM cards and one TF (microSD) card simultaneously.
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the provided SIM needle into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Place your Nano SIM cards and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
- Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.

3.2. Initial Charging
It is recommended to fully charge your Ulefone Note 19 before first use.
- Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the phone's charging port.
- Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to the AC power charger.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.
- The charging indicator will appear on the screen.
3.3. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side of the phone) until the Ulefone logo appears.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears, then select 'Power off'.

4.3. Camera Usage

- Launching Camera: Tap the Camera icon on your home screen or app drawer.

- Switching Cameras: Tap the camera switch icon to toggle between the front and rear cameras.

4.4. Face ID
