Welcome to the Ulefone Note 19 user manual. This guide provides essential information to help you set up, operate, and maintain your new smartphone. The Ulefone Note 19 is designed for reliable performance, featuring a large 6.56-inch HD+ display, a powerful 5000mAh battery, and the efficient Android 14 Go operating system. 2. Package Contents

Before you begin, please verify that all items are present in your package:

3. Setup

3.1. Installing SIM and TF Cards

The Ulefone Note 19 supports a 3-card slot design, allowing for two Nano SIM cards and one TF (microSD) card simultaneously.

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
  2. Insert the provided SIM needle into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
  3. Place your Nano SIM cards and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
  4. Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it is flush with the device body.
