Important Safety Instructions

Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer and its accessories. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the cooking baskets, crisper plates, and grill rack with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to ensure proper air circulation. Allow at least 15 cm (6 inches) of space on all sides and above the unit.
  4. Power Connection: Ensure the voltage of your power outlet matches the voltage specified on the air fryer's rating label (220V AC). Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
  5. First Use Run: It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C (390°F) before first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview:

The intuitive touch control panel allows for easy selection of cooking functions, temperature, and time. The display shows current settings and cooking progress.

Basic Operation:

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the air fryer on or off.
  2. Selecting a Basket: The air fryer has two independent baskets. Select "Zone 1" or "Zone 2" on the control panel to activate the desired cooking zone. You can also use "Sync Cook" to cook both zones with the same settings or "Sync Finish" to synchronize their finish times.
  3. Choosing a Function: Select one of the 7 pre-set functions: Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Grill, Reheat, Dry, or Proof. Each function has default temperature and time settings.
  4. Adjusting Temperature and Time: Use the temperature and time adjustment buttons to customize settings for each selected zone. The temperature range is 30°C to 230°C (85°F to 450°F).
  5. Starting/Pausing: Press the Start/Pause button to begin or temporarily stop the cooking process.
  6. Shaking Reminder: For some recipes, the air fryer may beep to remind you to shake the basket. Pull out the basket, shake the food, and reinsert it to resume cooking.

Smart Features (VeSync App):

The COSORI Turbo Tower Pro Smart Air Fryer can be connected to the VeSync app via WLAN for enhanced control and recipe access.

  • Download the App: Search for "VeSync" in your smartphone's app store and download it.
  • Pairing: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your air fryer with your smartphone via WLAN.
  • Remote Control: Control cooking settings, monitor progress, and receive notifications directly from your phone.
  • Recipe Access: Access a wide variety of recipes with pre-programmed settings, including nutritional information.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your COSORI Air Fryer. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

Cleaning the Baskets and Crisper Plates:

  • The ceramic-coated baskets and crisper plates are non-stick and easy to clean.
  • Wash them with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • For stubborn food residue, soak the baskets in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning.
  • The baskets and crisper plates are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the ceramic coating.
  • Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as these can damage the non-stick coating.

Cleaning the Main Unit:

  • Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
  • Clean the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  • Clean the heating element with a dry brush to remove any food debris.

Storage:

Ensure the air fryer is clean and dry before storing. Store it in a cool, dry place.
