7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures your Lefant M210P operates efficiently and prolongs its lifespan.

7.1 Emptying the Dustbin

Empty the 550ml dustbin after each cleaning cycle or when full. Press the dustbin release button, pull out the dustbin, open its lid, and discard the contents.

7.2 Cleaning Filters

Remove the HEPA filter and sponge filter from the dustbin. Tap them gently to remove dust. Do not wash HEPA filters with water. Replace HEPA filters every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have pets.

7.3 Cleaning Side Brushes

Check side brushes regularly for tangled hair or debris. Use the provided cleaning tool or scissors to cut and remove any obstructions. Replace worn brushes as needed.

7.4 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts

Wipe the anti-drop sensors, anti-collision sensors, and charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock with a clean, dry cloth. This ensures proper navigation and charging.

8. Troubleshooting

If your robot vacuum encounters an issue, refer to the FQA Guide or the following common solutions:

  • Robot not charging: Ensure the blue power switch on the robot is ON. Check that the charging dock is plugged in and the robot's charging contacts are clean and aligned with the dock's contacts.
  • Robot stuck: Clear obstacles from the robot's path. If it frequently gets stuck, consider using boundary strips (sold separately) or adjusting furniture.
  • Poor cleaning performance: Empty the dustbin, clean or replace filters, and clean the side brushes. Ensure no debris is obstructing the suction inlet.
  • App connection issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. Restart your router, the robot, and your phone. Re-attempt the connection process as per the Networking Guide.
