• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

Install two AAA batteries into the scale body and two AAA batteries into the remote display. Ensure correct polarity. Power will be automatically activated once batteries are installed.

4.2 Wireless Connection

The scale body and remote display are designed for automatic wireless connection. Follow these steps:

1. Ensure both the scale body and the remote display have batteries installed.
2. Press the power button on the scale body. The green light will illuminate to indicate startup.
3. Press the power button on the remote display. The display will show 'CON' (Connected) once a successful connection is established.

4.3 Remote Display Placement

The remote display features built-in magnets. It can be attached to metallic surfaces (e.g., refrigerator) or non-metallic surfaces using the included adhesive metal sheets. This allows for flexible placement, ensuring the display is always visible, even when weighing large items.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• To power on: Press the power button on both the scale body and the remote display.
• To power off: Press and hold the power button on the remote display until the screen turns off. The scale body will automatically power off shortly after.

5.2 Unit Conversion

Press the 'M' (Mode) button on the remote display to cycle through the available units: lb:oz, g, kg, ml, ml (milk), fl.oz, tl.

5.3 Tare Function

The Tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, ensuring only the weight of the ingredients is measured.

1. Place an empty container on the scale body.
2. Wait for the weight to stabilize.
3. Press the 'T' (Tare) button on the remote display. The display will reset to zero.
4. Add ingredients to the container; only the weight of the ingredients will be shown.

7.1 Cleaning

The stainless steel weighing platform is easy to clean. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Do not use abrasive materials or immerse the unit in water. Ensure the scale is completely dry before storage.

• Connection Issues ('CON' not displayed): Ensure both units are powered on. If connection fails, try turning both units off and then on again. Ensure they are within close proximity.
