To maximize battery lifespan, avoid extreme temperatures. While the 15500mAh battery is designed for longevity, prolonged exposure to very hot or cold conditions can affect its performance. Use only the provided charger and cable for optimal charging.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Network Connectivity Issues
If you experience network issues, first verify your SIM card is correctly inserted. Note that the DOOGEE Fire 6 Power is not compatible with CDMA carriers such as Cricket, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Straight Talk, or U.S. Cellular. 6.2 Device Not Responding
If the device becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power button for approximately 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
6.3 Charging Problems
Ensure the charging cable and adapter are securely connected. Try a different power outlet. If the issue persists, inspect the charging port for any debris. Use only the original charging accessories.
