4. Setup

• Fine algae/debris not fully removed: While the AquaSense 2 is highly efficient, very fine algae or particles may occasionally remain. Running the cleaner more frequently (every couple of days) can help. A quick manual brushing of affected areas can also address this.
• Water droplets in packaging: It is normal to find residual water droplets in the packaging. Each unit undergoes thorough water testing at the factory to ensure proper function before shipment. The machine is drained and dried, but a small amount of water may remain in the floating cavity. This does not indicate a used product.
• Loss of app connectivity underwater: App control is primarily for surface operations and mode selection. It is expected for the robot to lose connectivity when fully submerged due to water interference with wireless signals.
• Difficulty navigating sharp corners: The robot may require multiple attempts to navigate sharp corners, as it may repeatedly encounter the wall before adjusting its path to clean parallel to the edge. This is part of its adaptive navigation process.
