Setup

Follow these steps to set up your AIRROBO T25+ for the first time.

1. Initial Preparation

• Unpack all components from the box.
• Remove all protective films and packaging materials from the robot and charging station.
• Place the Automatic Dust Collection Station against a wall on a flat, hard floor, ensuring no obstacles are within 1.5 meters (5 feet) in front and 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) on either side.
• Connect the power adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet.

2. Install Brushes and Dust/Water Bin

• Flip the robot vacuum over. Install the side brushes by pressing them onto their respective posts until they click into place.
• Insert the 2-in-1 Dust & Water Bin into the designated slot at the back of the robot until it is securely latched.
• If using the mopping function, fill the water tank portion of the 2-in-1 bin with clean water. Attach the mop pad to the wiper module and then attach the module to the bottom of the robot.

3. App Connection and Network Operation

For smart control and advanced features, connect your robot vacuum to the AIRROBO app.

• Download the AIRROBO app from your smartphone's app store.
• Open the app and create a user account.
• Tap '+' in the upper right to go to the 'T25' page, and then select your device model RoboVacTB.
• Follow the instructions in the app to set up the Wi-Fi connection. Note: Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is supported. Ensure your phone is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is on. Keep the router, mobile phone, and robot vacuum cleaner close for smooth connection.

4. Initial Charging and Mapping

• Place the robot on the charging station. Ensure it is fully charged before its first cleaning cycle.
• During the first cleaning, the robot will map your home using its LDS laser navigation. Allow it to complete this process without interruption for accurate mapping.

Operating Instructions

The AIRROBO T25+ offers various cleaning modes and smart controls for customized cleaning.

1. Cleaning Modes

• Vac & Mop: Simultaneous vacuuming and mopping for comprehensive cleaning.
• Mop: Mopping only, suitable for hard floors.
• Sweep: Vacuuming only, suitable for all floor types including carpets.

2. Suction and Water Level Adjustment

• Adjust suction power (Quiet, Standard, Strong, Max) based on the level of dirt and floor type.
• Adjust water output (Low, Middle, High) for mopping based on desired wetness and floor material.

3. Smart Navigation and Features

• LDS Laser Navigation: Ensures precise mapping and efficient cleaning paths, avoiding missed spots.
• Carpet Detection: Automatically boosts suction on carpets and can be set to avoid carpets during mopping.
• No-Go Zones: Use the app to define areas the robot should avoid.
• Multi-Floor Mapping: Save maps for different floors in your home for seamless cleaning.
• Scheduling: Set custom cleaning schedules for specific times and areas via the app.
• Voice Control: Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for convenient voice commands.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your AIRROBO T25+.

Daily Maintenance

• If you have pets, set the suction level to Max and the self-empty frequency to 30 minutes.
• Regularly wipe the robot and base's connection pins and ensure the station's pins can rebound normally.
• Daily cleaning of the brush ends and the brush roller junction area to prevent brush reporting errors. If the robot reports an error "Brushes are tangled", clean the brushes of any hair or foreign matter after shutting down the robot.

Periodic Maintenance

• Refer to the accessory maintenance page in the app to clean the roller brush, side brushes, and filter at least once a week.
• Replace the disposable dust bag in the self-emptying station when full (approximately every 60 days, depending on usage).
• Clean the mop pads after each use. Extra mop pads are machine washable.
• Regularly check for new firmware updates in the app and upgrade to ensure optimal cleaning performance.

Set no-go zones in the app for long-pile carpets and furniture with similar bottom heights. 4. When the map is complete, it is recommended to backup the map in the app. If the map is abnormal, it can be restored.

Q: How to Ensure Efficient Recharging of T25 After Cleaning?

A: 1. Place the base station on a flat, hard floor against a wall, with no obstacles around it. 2. Do not place the base in areas exposed to sunlight or on carpets to avoid the failure of the robot to recharge.

Q: How to use the mopping function properly?

A: Do not use the mopping module on carpets. Please remove the mopping module when not using the mopping function. If the mopping module is installed, the robot will automatically avoid the carpet by default. You can make more settings on the app according to your needs.
