2. Safety Information

• Always wear the provided safety goggles during operation to protect your eyes from the intense light pulses.

• Ensure your skin tone and hair color are compatible with IPL technology. This device is most effective on light to medium skin tones with dark hair. It is not suitable for very dark skin tones or very light (blonde, red, white, gray) hair colors. Refer to the skin tone chart in the 'Operating Instructions' section.
• Do not use on tattooed areas, moles, birthmarks, or open wounds.
• Keep the device dry and do not use it in wet environments.

4. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to prepare your device for use:

1. Prepare Skin: Shave the desired treatment area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free from any lotions, creams, or deodorants.
2. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the device and then into a power outlet.
3. Wear Safety Goggles: Put on the provided safety goggles to protect your eyes from the intense light flashes.
4. Download AI Coaching App (Optional but Recommended): The i15 Pro features an AI Coaching APP that auto-recommends energy levels and flash modes based on your skin tone, hair density, and treatment area. Scan the QR code in the user manual or search for "CTONE" in your app store (Google Play or App Store) to download. The app provides personalized treatment plans, step-by-step tutorials, and smart email reminders.

5. Operating Instructions

Understand how to effectively use your SALLOOT IPL device:

5.1 Skin Tone and Hair Color Compatibility

IPL technology targets melanin in hair follicles. For effective and safe treatment, ensure your skin tone and hair color are compatible:

5.2 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button to turn the device on or off.

5.3 Mode Selection and Features

• Dual Lights 100W: The Trinity i15 Pro utilizes an industry-leading 100W high power and a 4.2cm² light window with dual lights, ensuring 4X efficiency and fast results.
• 4-Pulse Burst PHR Mode: This mode boasts a total energy output of 27J per 4-pulse burst, designed to eliminate stubborn and ingrown hair by carbonizing the hair follicle up to 98%.
• Sapphire Ice Cooling: The enlarged 16.6cm² sapphire ice-cooling window instantly cools the contact surface to 35°F (2°C) and maintains a 53°F (11.7°C) ice-cooling touch for up to 60 minutes of continuous use, ensuring comfort, especially for sensitive areas.
• Auto Gliding Fast Mode: For large areas like legs and arms, long press the flashing button for 2 seconds to switch to auto gliding mode for continuous flashes.
• Manual Flash Mode: For smaller or sensitive areas such as the face, bikini line, or underarms, use the manual flash mode for precise control.

5.4 Energy Levels

Choose from 15 sensitivity levels to adjust the intensity according to your skin's sensitivity and the specific area being treated. Start with a lower level and gradually increase as your skin tolerates.

5.5 Treatment Areas

The device is suitable for whole-body treatment, including legs, arms, bikini line, face, armpit, back, chest, fingers, and toes.

5.6 Usage Frequency

Use the device multiple times based on your hair growth. Pairing it with the smart app is recommended for optimal results.

• Weeks 1-2: 3-4 times/week
• Weeks 3-4: 2-3 times/week

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your SALLOOT IPL device, refer to the following common solutions:

• Device Overheating/Automatic Shutdown: If the device overheats and automatically shuts down, particularly when using the PHR quad-pulse mode continuously for more than 10 minutes, unplug the device, wait 10 seconds, and then plug it back in. Allow it to cool down before resuming use.
• Device Not Turning On: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working power outlet.
• Ineffective Hair Removal Results:
  • Verify your skin tone and hair color are compatible with IPL technology (refer to Section 5.1).
  • Ensure the light window is in full contact with your skin during flashes.
  • Increase the energy level if comfortable and appropriate for your skin type.
  • Maintain consistent usage according to the recommended frequency (refer to Section 5.6).
