- System Instability/Crashes:
- Ensure all power cables are securely connected.
- Verify RAM modules are properly seated and compatible. Try testing with one RAM stick at a time.
- Check CPU and GPU temperatures. Ensure adequate cooling.
- Update BIOS and all drivers to the latest versions.
- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Not Working:
- Ensure the Wi-Fi antenna is securely attached.
- Install the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers from the ASUS support website. Windows may not automatically install these.
- M.2 SSD Not Detected:
- Ensure the M.2 SSD is fully seated in its slot and the Q-Latch is secured.
- Check BIOS settings to ensure the M.2 slot is enabled.
- Note that some M.2 slots may share bandwidth with SATA ports. Refer to the motherboard manual for specific configurations.
- BIOS Update for New CPUs: If installing a new generation AMD Ryzen 9000 series processor, a BIOS update may be required before the system will boot. Use the BIOS FlashBack™ feature as described in Section 3.3.
