4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the fan and all accessories from the packaging.
- Positioning: Place the fan on a stable, flat surface. Ensure the fan grille is not obstructed.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Locate the rotary knob on the front of the fan. Turn the knob clockwise from the "OFF" position to power on the fan. Turn it counter-clockwise back to "OFF" to power off.
- Adjusting Wind Speed: Once powered on, continue turning the rotary knob clockwise to increase the wind speed. The fan offers 100 levels of speed adjustment. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the speed.

6. Charging
