2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to brew Turkish coffee with your RAF R.111 coffee maker.

1. Prepare Cups: Place one or two Turkish coffee cups on the drip tray, directly under the coffee dispenser.
2. Add Coffee: For each cup, add one level teaspoon of finely ground Turkish coffee into the coffee maker's brewing chamber. Do not overfill.
3. Add Sugar (Optional): Add sugar to taste directly into the brewing chamber with the coffee, if desired.
4. Select Brewing: Press the appropriate button on the control panel for 1 or 2 cups. The machine features a twin brewing cycle.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Daily Cleaning:

• Unplug: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Empty Drip Tray: Remove and empty the drip tray after each use. Wash it with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry.
