Setup
1. Charging the Camera
Before first use, fully charge the camera. Connect the included USB cable to the camera's charging port and the other end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will show the charging status and turn off when fully charged.
2. Inserting the Memory Card
Locate the memory card slot on the side of the camera. Gently insert the provided 32GB memory card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation. The camera requires a memory card to save photos and videos.
3. Loading Thermal Paper
Open the paper compartment cover. Insert a roll of thermal printing paper, ensuring the paper feeds out from the top of the roll and is aligned with the printing slot. Close the cover firmly. The camera uses inkless thermal printing technology.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button to turn the camera on or off.
Taking Photos
In photo mode, frame your shot using the 2.4-inch LCD screen. Press the shutter button to capture a photo. The camera supports 12MP photos.
Instant Printing
After taking a photo, you can choose to print it instantly. The camera will print a black-and-white version of the image using the thermal paper. There are typically options for low, middle, and high print density.

Video Recording
Switch to video mode. Press the shutter button to start recording and press it again to stop. The camera records 1080P video.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Camera

Troubleshooting
- Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the camera to a charger and try again.
- Cannot take photos/videos: Check if the memory card is inserted correctly and has sufficient storage space. Format the card if necessary (this will erase all data).
- Prints are blank or faded: Verify that the thermal paper is loaded correctly and not upside down. Ensure the paper is thermal paper and not regular paper. Check battery level.
- Camera frozen: If the camera becomes unresponsive, try pressing the reset button (if available, usually a small pinhole) or hold the power button for an extended period to force a shutdown and restart.
- Poor print quality: Adjust the print density settings in the camera menu (Low, Middle, High). Ensure the thermal paper is of good quality.
