3. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components of your security system:
3.1. Wireless Security Camera
- Lens: 2.5K Ultra HD lens for clear video capture.

3.2. Homebase (Base Station)

4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your COOAU Security Camera System:
4.1. Charging the Cameras
Before installation, fully charge each camera using the provided USB cable. The solar panels will maintain the charge after installation, but an initial full charge is recommended.
4.2. Homebase Setup
- Connect the Homebase to power using the provided adapter.
- Connect the Homebase to your router via Ethernet cable or connect wirelessly using the ARCCTV app. The Homebase supports WiFi 6 and dual-band (2.4Ghz & 5Ghz) for a stable connection.
- Ensure the Homebase is placed in a central location to provide optimal signal strength to all cameras.
4.3. App Installation and Pairing
- Download the "ARCCTV" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Create an account and log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your Homebase. The app can connect to the Homebase via Bluetooth for quick setup.
- Once the Homebase is added, follow the prompts to pair each camera. This usually involves pressing the sync button on the Homebase and then on each camera.
4.4. Camera Mounting
The cameras offer unlimited mounting locations due to their wireless and solar-powered design.
- Choose a mounting location that provides the desired viewing angle and ensures the solar panel receives adequate direct sunlight throughout the day.
- Use the provided mounting screws and anchors to securely attach the camera bracket.
- Attach the camera to the bracket.
- Mount the solar panel in a position where it can capture maximum sunlight, ideally within 10 feet of the camera, and connect it to the camera. The solar panel is individually adjustable for optimal sun exposure.

5. Operating the System
Once installed, you can manage and monitor your security system through the ARCCTV app.
5.1. Live View and Playback
- Open the ARCCTV app to view live feeds from all connected cameras simultaneously.
- Tap on a camera feed to view it in full screen.
- Use the playback feature to review recorded footage stored on the 64GB SD card in the Homebase. The system supports offline recording.

5.2. Pan & Tilt Control
From the live view, use the on-screen controls to remotely pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) the camera lens to adjust the viewing angle and cover blind spots.
5.3. Motion Detection and Alerts
- The system features PIR motion detection with 99% accuracy, providing 1-second real-time alert notifications to your smartphone.
- Customize motion detection sensitivity and set activity zones within the app to reduce false alerts.

5.4. Night Vision
The cameras are equipped with 4 LEDs for enhanced night vision, offering both color night vision and infrared night vision options. You can switch between modes in the ARCCTV app.
5.5. Two-Way Audio

6. Maintenance
