Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer before first use.
- Install Handle: Attach the main handle to the pressure washer frame. Ensure it clips securely into place.
- Attach Wand Holder: Secure the wand holder to the designated spot on the frame.
- Slide in Hose Hook: Insert the hose hook into its slot for convenient hose storage.
- Add Engine Oil: Locate the oil fill cap. Using the provided oil funnel, add 10W-30 engine oil to the crankcase. Do not overfill. The unit ships without oil, but may have minimal residual oil from factory testing.
- Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the 35-foot high-pressure hose to the pressure washer's pump outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
- Connect Water Supply: Connect a garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully before starting the engine.

Operation

Starting the Engine
- Ensure the unit is on a level surface.
- Check engine oil and fuel levels.
- Connect the water supply and turn on the water faucet completely.
- Squeeze the spray gun trigger to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges. Release the trigger.
- Set the engine switch to "ON".
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (for cold starts).
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly and smoothly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.

Using Quick-Connect Nozzles
The pressure washer comes with 5 quick-connect nozzles for various cleaning tasks. Always turn off the engine and squeeze the spray gun trigger to release pressure before changing nozzles.
