2.2 Battery Installation and Charging

1. Insert the provided Li-ion Battery Packs into the battery slots on each headset. Ensure they click securely into place.
2. To charge the batteries, place them into the 6-Slot Charging Base. Connect the charging base to a power source using the USB-A to USB-C cable.
3. Each headset also supports USB-C charging directly via a power bank while in use, providing flexibility during operation.

• When the mic lever is down and in 'MUTE' state, long press the 'PTT' button to open the mic.

The Solidcom SE PRO features dual-mic ENC technology to filter out ambient noise, ensuring your voice is transmitted clearly. This is automatically active to provide a 150Hz–7kHz wideband frequency response for rich audio quality.

For users who prefer their own headphones, the Solidcom SE PRO includes a USB-C port that supports connection with a Hollyland USB-C to 3.5mm adapter (sold separately). This allows you to use dedicated 3.5mm headphones while wearing the SE PRO around your neck for a clean audio experience.

5.2 Headsets Not Connecting

• Power Cycle: Turn off and then turn on all headsets.
• Compatibility: Note that Solidcom SE PRO (1.9GHz) headsets cannot be paired with Solidcom SE 2.4GHz versions. Ensure all units are from the same 1.9GHz series.
