Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove the humidor from its packaging. Place the unit in an open room, ensuring sufficient space around all sides for proper air circulation. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources. Do not build this unit into any type of enclosure like a cabinet, as it relies on ambient air for cooling and heating.

2. Initial Cleaning
Before first use, remove all shelves and the drawer. Wipe the interior of the humidor and all cedar components with a clean cloth dampened with distilled water. Ensure no water directly touches the wood for extended periods, as this may cause damage. Allow all parts to air dry completely.
3. Seasoning the Humidor
Seasoning is crucial to prepare the cedar wood for cigar storage. Fill the included moisture container with distilled water. Place the container inside the humidor. Close the humidor door and allow the humidity to stabilize. Monitor the hygrometer in the drawer; the humidity should reach 65% to 78%. This process may take up to 3 days. Once seasoned, you can begin to add your cigars.

4. Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The control panel display will illuminate, indicating the current temperature and humidity.
Operating Instructions
1. Control Panel Overview
The humidor features an electronic touch screen control panel located on the top of the glass door. It displays current temperature and humidity. Buttons include temperature up/down arrows and a light control button.

2. Setting Temperature
Use the up and down arrow buttons on the control panel to adjust the desired temperature. The recommended constant temperature range is 61-72°F (16-22°C).
3. Setting Humidity
The humidor's built-in humidification system maintains a humidity range of 65%-78%. The smart touch panel allows for precise humidity control within this range. Ensure the moisture container is adequately filled with distilled water.
4. Internal Lighting
Press the light bulb icon on the control panel to turn the energy-saving LED interior lights on or off. This allows for easy viewing of your cigar collection.

5. Loading Cigars
Once the humidor is seasoned and the desired temperature and humidity levels are reached, you can place your cigars on the Spanish cedar wood shelves and in the drawer. The shelves are movable, allowing for flexible storage arrangements.

Maintenance
1. Regular Cleaning
Wipe the interior of the humidor and cedar components with a clean cloth dampened with distilled water every 1 to 2 months, or as needed. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
2. Refilling Humidification System
Regularly check the water level in the moisture container. Refill with distilled water as needed to maintain the desired humidity levels. Ensure the water does not directly touch the cedar wood.
3. Cedar Wood Care
The Spanish cedar wood helps maintain humidity, removes peculiar odors, and prevents drying and mold. Ensure the wood remains properly humidified. If the humidity level drops below the recommended range, supplement with distilled water.
Troubleshooting
- Unit not powering on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and the humidor.
- Temperature/Humidity not stable: Ensure the humidor is not in direct sunlight or near heat sources. Verify that ventilation openings are not blocked. Check if the moisture container has enough distilled water.
- Excessive humidity: If the humidity level exceeds 80%, it may indicate too much distilled water. Remove the moisture container or sponge and expose it to air to allow some water to evaporate before returning it to the humidor.
- Unusual noise: Ensure the unit is on a stable, level surface. Check for any obstructions around the fan.
