Extended Wireless Range and Stability

Operating on the 1.9 GHz frequency, the system provides a line-of-sight (LOS) range of up to 1312 feet (400 meters). This frequency band is less susceptible to interference from 2.4 GHz devices. Auto Frequency Hopping technology further enhances stability by intelligently navigating around environmental disruptions.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Solidcom SE PRO system, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the headsets with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the electronic components.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the headsets and accessories in the provided hard carrying case to protect them from dust, moisture, and physical damage.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Avoid fully discharging batteries for extended periods. Charge them periodically if not in use for a long time.
  • Environmental Protection: While resistant to dust and splashes, avoid submerging the headsets in water or exposing them to extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Solidcom SE PRO system, consider the following:

  • No Audio/Intermittent Connection:
    • Ensure all headsets are powered on and within the specified operating range (1312ft LOS).
    • Check battery levels and replace/recharge if necessary.
    • Verify that the boom mic is correctly lowered for talk mode and not accidentally muted.
    • Move to an area with less potential interference, as the Auto Frequency Hopping works best when not overwhelmed.
  • Poor Audio Quality/Excessive Noise:
    • Confirm the boom mic is positioned correctly near the mouth.
    • The ENC feature should actively reduce background noise; if not, ensure the headset is functioning correctly.
    • Check for physical obstructions or strong electromagnetic interference in the environment.
  • Headset Not Powering On:
    • Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
    • Try a different charged battery if available.
