4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the 4.0Ah Li-ion battery pack. Connect the fast charger to a standard power outlet and insert the battery. The charger indicator lights will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

4.2 Attaching Sockets
- Ensure the impact wrench is turned off and the battery is securely attached.
- Select the appropriate impact socket (17mm, 19mm, or 21mm) for your application.
- Align the square drive of the socket with the anvil of the impact wrench.
- Push the socket firmly onto the anvil until it locks into place. Ensure it is securely seated before operation.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
To power on the tool, press the trigger. Release the trigger to turn it off. The tool features a variable speed trigger, allowing you to control the speed by how much you depress the trigger.
5.2 Selecting Speed and Torque
The Alloyman Impact Wrench offers three speed/torque settings for versatility:
- Low (159 N.m / 0–1050 RPM): For delicate tasks or initial loosening/tightening.
- Medium (590 N.m / 0–1500 RPM): Suitable for general repairs and common fastening needs.
- High (2000 N.m / 0–2100 RPM): For heavy-duty applications, such as removing rusted truck lug nuts or industrial bolts.

5.3 Forward and Reverse Operation
The tool features a forward/reverse lever, typically located near the trigger. Push the lever to the left for forward rotation (tightening) and to the right for reverse rotation (loosening). Ensure the lever is in the neutral (middle) position when not in use to prevent accidental startup.
