3. Setup and Assembly
Your Weber Spirit E-210 grill requires assembly. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the separate assembly guide included with your product packaging. Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.
3.1 LP Tank Connection
- Ensure the LP tank valve is closed.
- Connect the regulator hose to the LP tank valve. Hand-tighten firmly. Do not use tools.
- Check for leaks using a soapy water solution. Apply the solution to the connection points. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, close the tank valve, disconnect, and re-connect the regulator. Re-test. If leaks persist, do not use the grill and contact Weber customer support.
- Place the LP tank securely in the designated cabinet area.
4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your grill.
4.1 Pre-Grill Check
- Ensure the grill is on a level, stable surface.
- Confirm the LP tank is connected and the valve is open.
- Check that the grease tray and drip pan are correctly installed and clean.
4.2 Ignition Procedure (Snap-Jet Ignition)
- Open the grill lid.
- Turn on the gas supply at the LP tank.
- Push and turn the control knob for the desired burner to the 'START/HIGH' position.
- Listen for the igniter clicking and observe the burner igniting.
- If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to 'OFF', wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, then repeat the ignition procedure.
- Once ignited, you can light additional burners by simply turning their control knobs to 'HIGH'.

4.3 Temperature Control and Cooking
Adjust the control knobs to achieve your desired cooking temperature. The built-in lid thermometer provides an approximate internal temperature reading.

4.4 Using Weber Works Accessories
The side rails of your Spirit E-210 grill are designed to accommodate various Weber Works snap-on accessories (sold separately), such as tool hooks, bottle holders, and flexible lighting. Consult the accessory's specific instructions for proper attachment and use.

5. Maintenance and Care
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your grill.
5.1 Cleaning Grill Grates
After each use, while the grates are still warm, brush off any food residue with a grill brush. For deeper cleaning, allow grates to cool, then wash with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
5.2 Cleaning Flavorizer Bars
Periodically remove the Flavorizer Bars and scrape off any accumulated debris. They can be washed with warm soapy water if needed.
5.3 Grease Management System
Regularly check and clean the pull-out grease tray and drip pan. Allow them to cool completely before handling. Dispose of grease properly.
