Setup
1. Thermal Label Printer Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the printer from its packaging.

Open the printer cover. Place the roll of 4" x 6" thermal labels into the label compartment, ensuring the labels feed smoothly. The print side of the label should face upwards. Close the cover securely.

- Bluetooth Pairing (for mobile devices):
- Download the "Labelife" app from your device's app store (iOS/Android).
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet.
- Open the Labelife app and follow the in-app instructions to connect to your MUNBYN printer.

2. Shipping Scale Setup
- Placement: Place the shipping scale on a flat, stable surface.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the scale and plug it into a power outlet.
- Initial Calibration: Turn on the scale. Allow a few seconds for it to stabilize and display "0.0".
Operating Instructions
1. Thermal Label Printer Operation
- Printing from Labelife App:
Open the Labelife app on your paired mobile device. Select or create your label design. Use the app's interface to cut, rotate, and adjust the label as needed. Tap the print button to send the label to the printer.
- Printing from Computer:
Ensure the printer drivers are installed. Open your shipping software or document editor. Select the MUNBYN printer from your printer list. Configure print settings (e.g., label size 4" x 6") and initiate printing.

- Print Speed:
The printer is capable of printing at speeds up to 150 mm/s or approximately 70 labels per minute.

2. Shipping Scale Operation
- Weighing Items:
Place the item to be weighed gently on the center of the scale platform. The weight will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- Unit Conversion:
Press the "UNIT" or "MODE" button (refer to scale's specific buttons) to cycle through available weight units (e.g., lb, oz, kg, g).
- Tare Function:
To weigh items in a container, place the empty container on the scale and press the "TARE" button. The display will reset to zero. Then, add the items to the container, and the scale will display only the net weight of the items.
- PCS Function (Counting):
This function allows you to count multiple items of the same weight.
- Step 1: Long-press the "PCS" button to enter sample number selection.
- Step 2: Press the "MODE" button to switch between sample sizes (e.g., 25, 50, 75, 100). Load the selected sample quantity onto the scale.
- Step 3: Short press the "PCS" button to confirm. "PASS" will appear on the screen.
- Step 4: Place the unknown number of items on the scale. The device will count and display the total quantity.
