5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Preparing Ingredients
The 5.2-inch extra-wide feed chute accommodates whole fruits and vegetables, reducing preparation time. However, for optimal juicing and to prevent clogging, it is recommended to:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Remove large seeds, pits, or hard skins (e.g., avocado pits, pineapple skin).
- For very fibrous vegetables like celery, cut them into shorter pieces (approx. 1-2 inches).
- While the wide chute handles whole items, cutting larger or harder produce into smaller chunks can improve efficiency and yield.

5.2 Juicing Process
- Ensure the juicer is fully assembled and the juice cup and pulp container are in place.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Press the 'ON' button to start the juicer. The 200W motor operates at a low noise level of approximately 60 decibels.
- Slowly feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the wide feed chute. The juicer's innovative SS blades auto-cut ingredients, and the 7-stage masticating spiral processes them.
- Use the food pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients down the chute. Do not force ingredients.
- The juicer will separate juice into the juice cup and pulp into the pulp container. The anti-drip feature helps prevent leaks from the juice spout.
- Once juicing is complete, press the 'OFF' button and unplug the appliance.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your juicer. The juicer is designed for quick and easy cleaning.
6.1 Disassembly for Cleaning
- Ensure the juicer is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Open the Hopper Cover.
- Rotate the Hopper/Feed Chute Assembly counter-clockwise to unlock and lift it off.
- Remove the Filter Basket and Auger from the Juicing Bowl.
- Separate all removable parts.
6.2 Cleaning Process
- Rinse all removable parts (Hopper/Feed Chute Assembly, Hopper Cover, Auger, Filter Basket, Juicing Bowl, Juice Cup, Pulp Container) under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying.
- Use the included cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the filter mesh and other components.
- Most removable parts are dishwasher safe. Refer to the product care instructions for specific details. Hand washing is also suitable.
- Wipe the Motor Base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
- Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your juicer, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Juicer does not turn on:
Ensure the handle of the Hopper/Feed Chute Assembly is perfectly aligned with the 'ON' button position on the motor base. The juicer has a safety lock mechanism that prevents operation if not correctly assembled. Confirm the Hopper Cover is pressed down tightly and the hopper is rotated to the Lock symbol. - Low juice yield or wet pulp:
Ensure ingredients are cut to an appropriate size. Overloading the juicer or feeding ingredients too quickly can reduce efficiency. Try feeding ingredients at a slower pace. - Juicer stops during operation or clogs:
This can occur with very fibrous or hard ingredients. Press the 'R' (Reverse) button to clear any blockages. If the issue persists, turn off the juicer, unplug it, disassemble, clean any blockages, and reassemble. Cutting ingredients into smaller pieces can help prevent future clogs. - Excessive noise or vibration:
Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and securely locked. Check for any foreign objects in the juicing mechanism. Some noise is normal, especially with harder fruits, but excessive noise may indicate improper assembly or a blockage.
