3. Safety Precautions
Observe the following safety guidelines to prevent damage to the product or injury to yourself:
- Upon receiving the power station, inspect the DC charger for any damage.
- For optimal battery calibration, fully discharge the power station to 0% until it automatically shuts down, then fully recharge it to 100%.
- When using the 300W power station with loads exceeding 100W, the internal fan may operate with increased noise. This is normal and indicates proper heat dissipation.
- Avoid exceeding 65W power output when using the PD port.
- The maximum AC output is 300W. For stable operation, it is recommended to power devices less than 300W. Avoid connecting laptops with less than 10% battery, as this may trigger peak power protection.
- The power station has built-in temperature sensors. If the battery reaches 60°C, it will automatically shut down for protection. If the inverter board reaches 85°C, it will automatically protect and shut down until the temperature drops to 45°C.
4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully discharge the power station until it automatically shuts down, then fully recharge it to 100% using the provided AC charger or PD port. This calibrates the battery for accurate readings.
4.2 Connecting the Solar Panel
To charge the EV300 Power Station using the SS60 Solar Panel:
- Unfold the SS60 Solar Panel and place it in direct sunlight.
- Connect the DC-to-DC cable from the solar panel to the DC IN port on the EV300 Power Station.
- The LCD display on the power station will indicate charging status.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
Press and hold the main power button (usually located near the LCD display) to turn the power station on or off.
5.2 Using AC Outlets
The EV300 provides two Pure Sine Wave AC 300W outlets.
- Press the AC Switch button to activate the AC outlets. An indicator on the LCD display will confirm activation.
- Plug your device (rated under 300W) into an AC outlet.
- When finished, press the AC Switch button again to turn off the AC outlets and conserve power.

5.4 Automatic Power-Off Function
To conserve battery, the power station will automatically shut down if no output is detected for 5 minutes. To disable this function, activate all output buttons (AC, DC, USB) simultaneously (excluding the light button).
5.5 Charging the Power Station
The EV300 can be charged via AC, PD (Type-C), or solar input. For faster charging, prioritize using the AC or PD port.
- AC Charging: Connect the provided AC adapter to the DC IN port and a wall outlet.
- PD (Type-C) Charging: Connect a PD-compatible charger to the PD 65W IN/OUT port.
- Solar Charging: Connect the SS60 Solar Panel to the DC IN port as described in Section 4.2.
6. Maintenance
- Store the power station and solar panel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid exposing the devices to water or high humidity.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- For long-term storage, charge the power station to approximately 50-80% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Fan Noise
If the power station is operating with loads over 100W, the fan may become noisy. This is normal and indicates the cooling system is actively dissipating heat to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
7.2 Button Malfunction
If a button does not respond, ensure the power station is turned on. If the issue persists, contact customer service with photos or videos of the problem.
7.3 Automatic Shutdown (Temperature Protection)
The power station is equipped with temperature protection. If the internal battery reaches 60°C or the inverter board reaches 85°C, the unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage. Allow the unit to cool down before attempting to restart it.
