5. Maintenance

The aluminum alloy construction of the dock is designed to resist fingerprints and scratches. To maintain its appearance, wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Ensure proper ventilation around the Mac mini and the dock to prevent overheating, especially when using the SSD enclosure.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Wi-Fi Signal Interference

The Minisopuru dock is designed to effectively avoid Wi-Fi signal interference. If you experience issues, ensure the dock is properly connected and positioned. USB 3.0 ports or higher can interfere with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi/Bluetooth signals. The dock uses USB 2.0 ports to ensure stable connectivity and avoid such interference.

6.2 Audio Jack Not Working

If the audio jack does not produce sound, verify that 'USB Audio SYSTEM' is selected as the output device in your Mac's Sound settings (refer to section 4.5). Your Mac may prioritize other audio outputs if not manually configured.

6.3 SSD Not Recognized

Ensure the M.2 NVMe SSD is correctly installed and seated firmly within the enclosure. Confirm that the SSD is compatible (NVMe, not SATA) and properly formatted for macOS using Disk Utility. If the issue persists, try re-seating the SSD or testing with another compatible SSD.
