Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and place the machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Water Tank: Remove the 2.8-liter (77.8oz) removable water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Ensure the red plug is removed from the bottom of the tank before placing it back into the machine.
- Grinder Assembly: Place the coffee bean hopper onto the built-in grinder. Ensure it is securely locked in place.
- Initial Rinse: Before first use, perform an initial rinse cycle. Fill the water tank, place a large container under the portafilter head (without coffee), and run a "double" shot cycle. Repeat for the steam wand by turning the knob to "STEAM" and letting it run for 30 seconds. This cleans internal components.
Operating Instructions
1. Grinding Coffee Beans
The integrated conical burr grinder offers 30 preset grind settings for optimal extraction.
- Add fresh coffee beans to the hopper.
- Select your desired grind setting using the dial (finer for espresso, coarser for other methods).
- Place the portafilter under the grinder chute.
- Press the "GRIND" button. The machine will automatically grind the selected amount based on single/double shot selection.

2. Brewing Espresso
Achieve barista-quality espresso with the 20-BAR Italian pump.
- After grinding, tamp the coffee grounds firmly and evenly in the portafilter.
- Insert the portafilter into the group head and twist to lock it securely.
- Place your espresso cup(s) under the portafilter spouts.
- Press the "SINGLE" or "DOUBLE" button to start brewing. The machine will automatically stop when the programmed volume is reached.

3. Milk Frothing and Hot Water
Create creamy foam for lattes and cappuccinos, or dispense hot water for Americanos or tea.
- Fill the stainless steel milk jug with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy).
- Turn the control knob to the "STEAM" position. Wait for the steam indicator light to illuminate steadily.
- Insert the steam wand into the milk, just below the surface. Turn the knob to release steam. Move the jug up and down to create desired foam texture.
- To dispense hot water, turn the control knob to the "HOT WATER" position.
- After frothing, immediately clean the steam wand with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue buildup. Briefly release steam to clear any internal blockages.

Maintenance and Cleaning

- Daily Cleaning:
- Empty and clean the detachable drip tray after each use.
