4. Setup and Assembly

The Bangeran LiteRide wheelchair comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final setup:

  1. Unfolding the Wheelchair: Carefully unfold the wheelchair frame until it locks into place.
  2. Attaching Footrests: Align the footrests with their respective slots on the frame and secure them.
  3. Installing the Controller: The joystick controller can be installed on either the left or right armrest. Remove the plastic base from the armrest, attach the controller, and secure it with the provided screws.

5. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

  • To power on, press the power button on the joystick controller. The battery indicator lights will illuminate.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button until the lights turn off.

Driving the Wheelchair

  • Use the joystick to control direction and speed. Push forward to move forward, pull back to move backward, and push left or right to turn.
  • The intelligent electromagnetic brake system automatically engages when your fingers are removed from the joystick, ensuring immediate stopping.
  • Adjust the speed settings using the speed control buttons on the joystick.
