First Use and Activation
- Upon first use, activate the power bank by pressing the side button.
- It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its initial use to ensure optimal performance.
Charging the Power Bank
To recharge your Anker Zolo Power Bank:
- Connect the built-in USB-C cable to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included).
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- The display will show the charging progress. The 20,000mAh model can be boosted to 50% in approximately 45 minutes and fully recharged in 1.5 hours with 30W bi-directional charging.

Charging Your Devices
The Anker Zolo Power Bank features a built-in USB-C cable for convenient charging of various devices.
- Connect the built-in USB-C cable from the power bank directly to your USB-C compatible device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop).
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The display will show the remaining battery percentage.
- For devices requiring high-speed charging, the power bank supports 30W output. For example, an iPhone 15 can be charged from 0 to 57% in just 30 minutes.
Checking Battery Level
Press the side button once to view the current battery level on the digital display.
Maintenance
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the power bank. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
